Dealing with Career Transition Stress
Do you feel unstructured and out of control? Is your focus out of whack? Do the simplest items feel like a chore? You are in "the stress zone" of being in transition. Learn how to handle this stress. Shaun Tyrance, owner of Shaun Tyrance Consulting: Sport Psychology and Counseling Services, PLLC and a Sports Psychology Consultant at UNCC will review with us the same techniques used with College and Professional Athletes when they get into a "funk".
