This position is a part-time contractor role located in the headquarter facility of Continental Tire the Americas, LLC.

The Communications Coordinator will centrally coordinate and drive employee communication activities for the employees in US and Canada with interaction with other international operations.

Communications responsibilities:

-Leads activities and coordinates internal stakeholders and external resources to produce professional quarterly publication for Continental Tire Employees and their families in US and Canada.                       

-Designs and implements creative communications strategies for Fort Mill HQ including visual communications using break room monitors, all-employee meetings, email communications, intranet platform, etc.

-Consults and supports senior staff in major communication initiatives (ex. Vision and Strategy roll-out).

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree in HR, Communications, Business or related field required.

Masters degree in Communications or Business desired

Experience:

Up to 3 years experience in related communications activities

Capabilities:

Vendor Management, Project Management, Written Communications, Interpersonal Communications, Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on PowerPoint Skills.
