Right Moves for Youth  Program Manager

Right Moves For Youth is adding a Program Manager that will be responsible for supervising the operation of its school-based program sites (primarily middle/high school sites). The Program Manager will develop high impact community-based partnerships to advance the work of the organization in leadership development, civic engagement and long-term educational success for youth. It is important for this person to develop and maintain positive relationships with government agencies, school administration and volunteers to promote partnerships for maximum community impact. Must demonstrate maturity and the ability to manage schedules. Must be able to work collaboratively with other staff. Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must have a valid North Carolina drivers license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle. Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university is required. Masters degree in education, social work, psychology or other related field is preferred. 

Salary Range: $30,000 - $35,000
