Advertising and Communications Coordinator
Responsible for: (1) planning, producing and scheduling video lobby loops and other assigned video projects; (2) preparing assigned event settlements; (3) assisting with email distribution and website updates; (4) proofing and approving all show print and on-line materials; (5) ordering and procuring contracts for show ads; inserting print ads; trafficking of broadcast and other ads; (6) preparing print project and ad orders; (7) researching and preparing reports and presentations; (8) assisting with Marketing projects such as social media, board committee meetings, comp ticket orders, affinity groups and other programs as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requires a Bachelor's degree in communications, advertising, marketing, public relations or related field supplemented by a minimum of 2 years experience in marketing/communications or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.  Must be experienced with video camera and desktop video editing software.  Prior experience with ad trafficking desired.  Strong organizational, detail management, communication (written and verbal) and proofing skills are essential, as well as proficiency in basic math.  Must be knowledgeable and experienced in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.  Desire experience with databases, ideally Filemaker Pro.  Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision or with groups.  Some evening and weekend duties may be required.
